As a shareholder or resident of 3117 Broadway, there are some important things you should know.
3117 Broadway is owned by 3117 BROADWAY OWNERS CORP., a residential cooperative corporation. If you rent your apartment, the person you rent from is a shareholder in this corporation.
The cooperative employs a full time resident Superintendent, Mr. Gilbert Gittens Diaz,
who takes care of keeping public areas of the building clean and is
responsible for the general maintenance of the building. His hours are 8:30
A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and he can be reached at 347-265-6742 and

There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. To report a broken washer or dryer, contact Tedimatts <laundry@tedimatts.com> at 888-246-4545.
If you have a problem or a question, the first person to contact is the
superintendent. He can help you out with most things. He is only
responsible, however, for minor repairs inside your apartment. If a major or
time-consuming repair is required, or if you have a question the
superintendent cannot answer, you should contact
the property manager of our cooperative,
